1994
Early Career
- Started in the healthcare industry in 1994 as a Medical Representative.
- Became the top performer among 200 peers by 1997, consistently exceeding targets and setting new industry standards.
1999
Rapid Career Advancement
- Promoted to Area Sales Manager in 1999 at the age of 26, becoming the first Medical Representative to achieve such a position.
2003
Growth and Leadership Across Industries
- Rose to Regional Manager in 2003 and General Manager shortly thereafter.
- In 2010, transitioned into the media industry as Marketing Head and he was responsible for establishing the Bi-lingual educational magazine Punnagai, building the organization from the ground up. In just two years, he successfully transformed it into a fully operational entity.
- Grew ‘Punnagai’ to over 100,000 subscriptions, a remarkable achievement in the media sector.
2012
Return to Healthcare
- In 2012, returned to healthcare and co-founded DAMN Enterprises alongside three partners.
- Established a business association with Ethicare Remedies (now UBIK Solutions Private Limited since April 2021) in Rajkot, driving the company’s success.
2022
Transformation of DAMN Enterprises
- In January 2022, successfully transformed DAMN Enterprises, a partnership firm, into Baptist Healthcare Private Limited, taking on the role of Managing Director. This strategic move further solidified his leadership and reinforced his growing influence within the healthcare industry

- Successfully guided Baptist Healthcare Private Limited from its inception, including its earlier phase as DAMN Enterprises.

The journey began in 2012, when Mr. Amuthan returned to healthcare and co-founded DAMN Enterprises alongside three partners — establishing a business association with Ethicare Remedies of Rajkot, now UBIK Solutions Private Limited, and driving the company’s success.
In January 2022, DAMN Enterprises was transformed into Baptist Healthcare Private Limited, with Mr. Amuthan taking on the role of Managing Director. The association with UBIK Solutions continues as the company’s primary business — true to its promise, “A Trust For A Healthy Life.”

With a decade of healthcare experience behind it, Baptist Healthcare stepped forward with a brand of its own — TULIA Cosmetics, launched in September 2022. TULIA offers a comprehensive range of skincare, haircare and body care products, carrying the promise of its name: “The Flow of Rebirth.”

Taking a bold step into the digital world, Mr. Amuthan founded Baptist DigiTek Private Limited along with his children. DigiTek crafts cutting-edge digital solutions with a special focus on aesthetic healthcare — dermatology clinics, salons and parlours — while building exclusive websites for clients across every sector and niche.

A design studio catering to the unique needs of the healthcare, tech and education sectors.
